CLIENT POLICIES I’m a cosmetologist located near the South Side of Chicago. My goal is to make every client feel and look beautiful! APPOINTMENTS • Please be on time — NOT EARLY. No exceptions! •Carefully read the description of all services of given. • A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to book via Cash App: $thegirlcodeincc • Deposits are non-transferable within 48 hours of the appointment date. • Please do not book appointments on the same day as an event unless you’ve requested to book me for the full day. Pricing will be adjusted for additional time and travel. • A 15-minute grace period is given with communication. Lack of communication may result in cancellation due to scheduling conflicts or a $30 late fee. • No children or additional guests who are not being serviced are allowed. WIGS & EXTENSIONS • Book 5–7 days in advance if you would like extensions included. Otherwise, hair will not be included. • A $100 non-refundable deposit is required via Cash App for unit/hair purchases. • Your appointment is confirmed once the deposit is received. • Wig deposits are transferable for an alternate pickup/install time within 48 hours of booking. After 48 hours, the deposit is void and a new deposit is required. • If the hair order has been placed, shipped, and/or received, the deposit is no longer refundable. • Client-provided wigs/extensions must be dropped off at least 48 hours before the appointment for customization. Failure to do so may result in cancellation or rescheduling, and the deposit will not be refunded. • The wig/hair deposit goes toward the total service cost. WEEKLY SPECIALS • Services listed as “Tuesday Silk Press,” for example, cannot be rescheduled to another day. • No accommodations will be made to receive special pricing outside of the designated day. Cancellation Policy
I charge a 20% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
